Workday HRIS Specialist (m/f/d)

As a Workday HRIS Specialist, you configure and optimize Workday to meet business needs, collaborating with HR and IT to improve efficiency and user experience. You lead projects for new features and integrations, and you train stakeholders on HRIS usage. You’ll develop reports and dashboards to support HR decisions and drive continuous improvement. This role supports a global team across Budapest, Barcelona, Gloucester, and Stuttgart, contributing to sustainable and scalable HR systems.

• Configure and optimize Workday per business requirements
• Identify efficiency gains and improve user experience in the HRIS
• Collaborate with HR to define Workday processes and functions
• Lead projects for new features and system integrations
• Coordinate with IT for upgrades and issue resolution
• Create HRIS reports, analyses, and dashboards to support management decisions

• Hands-on configuration experience in one or more Workday modules
• Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or Business Administration
• Strong knowledge of HR functions, processes, and best practices
• Experience in project work and project management
• US payroll and benefits experience is a plus
• Ability to present complex information clearly and conduct training
