Job Title: Workforce Administration Specialist
Location: Germany - commutable to Hofheim
Employment Type: Part Time (32 hours per week)
What You’ll Do
- Lead Retained HR Administration: Maintain and organize local employee files and documentation while ensuring full adherence to company policies and data privacy regulations.
- Collaborate on Benefits and Lifecycle Management: Partner with internal teams and our outsourcing partners to resolve employee lifecycle cases and manage local benefits programs, including enrollments and terminations.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Oversee the preparation and submission of local government reports and manage complex compliance tasks, such as employment‑related documentation and the global offboarding process.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in a Human Resources administrative, data entry, or similar support role.
- Strong technical knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (such as Workday), case management tools (such as ServiceNow), and Google Suite.
- Proven ability in handling confidential information with discretion and managing time effectively in a detail‑oriented environment.
- Full professional proficiency in English and native German language, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
