Main purpose of role: The Marketing Coordinator EMEA supports the EMEA Brand Marketing team in delivering smooth and efficient marketing operations across the region. You will assist in central EMEA activities and social media support, working closely with the Brand Marketing Lead and regional teams.
You will bring strong organizational and communication skills, a hands‑on mentality, and a structured approach to managing multiple priorities.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Marketing Operations & Administration
- Support day‑to‑day operations of the EMEA Brand Marketing team, including budget tracking, invoice management, and vendor coordination.
- Manage purchase orders, procurement processes, and logistics for EMEA marketing materials, ensuring timely delivery and accurate stock levels.
- Coordinate giveaways, printed assets, and event materials across the EMEA region, ensuring consistency in branding and execution.
- Support internal documentation, reporting, and alignment with cross‑functional teams (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain).
Brand and Content Creation
- Assist in planning and execution of brand marketing activities, product launches, and promotional campaigns in collaboration with regional teams.
- Work with creative, web, and digital teams to maintain up‑to‑date website and marketing content.
- Coordinate translations and proofreading for campaigns, product launches, and website updates across multiple languages.
- Support tests and awards submissions (e.g., ADAC/StiWa) including planning, tracking, and communication with relevant teams.
- Help coordinate photo and video shoots to ensure timely asset delivery and brand alignment.
Digital & Social Media Support
- Collaborate with the digital team to support digital campaign execution and online content coordination across EMEA markets.
- Assist with social media planning, scheduling, and posting for selected markets (DACH, UK & Nordics).
- Conduct image and influencer research, and help manage influencer collaborations and community engagement (Instagram, etc.).
Key Skills and Personal Qualities required
- This is an entry‑level role, ideal for a recent graduate or someone starting their career in marketing.
- You have a strong interest in brand and digital marketing and are eager to learn within an international environment.
- You demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills with a proactive, hands‑on attitude.
- You are confident managing multiple tasks, coordinating projects, and working collaboratively across teams.
- Previous internships or academic projects in marketing, communication, or related fields are a plus but not essential.
- Proficient in English; German or another European language is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP or marketing management tools is beneficial.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, cross‑functional, and multicultural team environment.
