Czech Customer Service - Recipe Box Services - all genders

Joining a team of supportive, social and vibrant team members, you (m/f/d) will be the (virtual) face of this nutritional service, delivering first and lasting impressions to Czech speaking customers. With the help of an extensive training, you will be able to confidently and efficiently communicate to the customer base and couriers via phone, email or chat, providing quality advice and assistance on all things necessary.

This service is based on the idea to help families enjoy good food. With this simple service, hassle is taken out of planning, shopping and cooking, by delivering weekly meals with the ingredients and recipes ready to cook, so there’s no more ‘what’s for dinner’ panic.

Requirements

1. Keep on top of a high volume of customer calls, emails and live-chats
2. Ensure their Czech customers queries or complaints are answered with the aim of a first time resolution
3. Perform customer engagement calls to existing members
4. Achieve KPI’s whilst maintaining excellent quality
5. Keep your finger on the pulse with regards to customer happiness and retention; reporting back their thoughts to the wider business.

1. Strong attention to detail and time management
2. Good PC & typing skills
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Czech and in English
4. Able to work in a team
5. Curious and an eye for improvement
6. The ability to go the extra mile
