As a Project Manager, you sit at the heart of this work – ist not a coordination‑only role. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of multiple client accounts simultaneously - anywhere from two large, high‑complexity engagements to six or seven mid‑sized projects running in parallel.

You orchestrate projects end to end, shaping the way teams, clients, and contributors come together to deliver highquality experiences. You create the structure that enables consultants, facilitators, and cross‑functional partners to focus on what they do best. You ensure that complexity becomes manageable, delivery becomes reliable, and impact becomes inevitable.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Project Manager who is energized by responsibility, passionate about clarity, and committed to delivering excellent experiences for teams and clients.

You bring many of the following:

Experience & Expertise

• Several years of experience in project management, coordination, operations, or delivery roles
• Strong understanding of organizational workflows and project logistics
• Ability to plan and govern complex delivery structures
• Knowledge of Lean thinking, process optimization, and scalable workflow design
• Data literacy (KPIs, dashboards, performance insights)
• High digital fluency: collaboration tools (Teams, Miro/Mural) and project systems (e.g., Zoho)
• Basic financial understanding (profitability, cost structures, budget implications)
• Experience managing cross‑functional contributors, vendors, or delivery partners

Skills & Capabilities

• Excellence in stakeholder communication and alignment

• Structured documentation and rigorous process management
