Account Manager, Finance & Insurance Market

• Assume comprehensive sales responsibility for strategic key accounts in the finance and insurance team
• Act as the first point of contact at the decision-making level
• Drive business development and design tailor-made solutions based on Mitel’s portfolio
• Support and strategically develop primarily state authorities and their IT service providers
• Establish and maintain long-term decision-maker relationships
• Identify and implement business opportunities
• Manage quotation processes and contract negotiations
• Position the relevant portfolio to support customer goals
• Analyse market and competitive situations
• Develop individual customer strategies and use cross-selling potential
• Collaborate with consulting, presales and bid management teams
• Maintain sales activities in CRM and provide regular forecast and pipeline reporting
• Develop industry-specific solution scenarios with customer departments, including outside IT

Requirements

• University degree (e.g. economics, IT, communication)
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the sale of complex IT or communication systems
• Experience in the strategic support and development of defined key accounts
• Technical affinity and ability to translate complex customer requirements into solutions
• Customer focus, entrepreneurial thinking and confident manner
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Confident negotiating skills
• Native German speaker
• Good to very good written and spoken English skills
• Willingness to travel within Germany
• Openness to hybrid working
• Willingness to undergo security screening
