• Check vendor invoices and post them promptly in our P2P system for all four German operating companies in Germany.
• Perform account reconciliation for one of the companies or an account area in the monthly and annual financial statements (HGB) and discuss the financial statements with Controlling.
• Carry out inter-company reconciliation on a quarterly basis with colleagues from foreign sister companies.
• Work closely with Controlling as a liaison between Accounting and the company.
• Critically examine our processes and systems and actively participate in their optimization.
• Routinely post and reconcile provisions, prepaid expenses/deferred income (ARAP, PRAP) and fixed assets.
• Support colleagues, for example as a holiday replacement.

Ihr Profil

• Successfully completed a degree in economics, have experience in auditing, or completed commercial training with solid professional experience in accounting—ideally with further training as an accountant.
• Very good German skills and good English skills.
• Work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and maintain an overview even in stressful times.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiar with ERP systems such as MS Dynamics.
• Value teamwork, have a sense of humor, and are keen to develop both professionally and personally.
