AI Architect (d/f/m)

In this role you lead the architectural vision for AI/ML systems across Europe and India, shaping scalable, secure AI platforms that respect data sovereignty. You influence product direction through clear presentations and drive adoption of AI tooling and MLOps. You mentor cross-functional teams and foster continuous learning while exploring emerging AI tech to sustain innovation. • Set architectural vision and strategy for AI/ML systems across distributed teams
• Architect unified, scalable, and secure AI platforms with regional data sovereignty
• Influence product direction through stakeholder-facing presentations
• Evaluate and select AI tools, frameworks, and MLOps platforms
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI and engineering teams

• Around 8 years in system design and architecture
• At least 4 years in AI/ML architecture
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI)
• Deep understanding of ML, DL, and LLMOps
• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)
• Experience mentoring cross-functional teams and leading projects to production
• Ability to distinguish AI hype from high-impact business use cases
• Comfort with fast-fail AI research while maintaining a path to production
