Sustainability Digital Data Architect (d/f/m)

In this role, you will shape the data architecture and governance for Henkel’s Data Platform, enabling scalable data assets across business units. You will drive integration and interoperability across SAP, HDP and ESG Data Infrastructure, ensuring accessible, governed data. You’ll collaborate with governance experts to standardize and share data products and evaluate data initiatives. Your work will map data interactions end-to-end, empowering cross-functional teams to turn data into strategic value.

• Design Data Architecture and maintain data subdomains, data products and assets
• Lead data integration across platforms (SAP, HDP, ESG Data Infrastructure) and ensure proper data mapping
• Collaborate with governance experts to ensure consumable data assets
• Define evaluation criteria for data products, use cases, standardization and harmonization
• Define, automate and enhance Data Interaction Maps to track data interconnectivity across business, functional and technical concepts

• Master Degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science or similar
• 5+ years in data management, including data modeling and data integration
• Experience with data management tools (data warehouses, MDM, data quality tools)
• Entrepreneurial mindset and resilience in high-pressure, fast-changing environments
• Strong multi-tasking, planning and organizational communication skills
• Ability to navigate a multi-matrix organization and drive cross-functional initiatives
• English proficiency; German is a plus
