As an AI-Native Developer at SAP, you’ll build AI-powered retail solutions and cloud-based applications. You’ll collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver customer-focused software that automates store operations and improves business outcomes. You’ll explore new AI technologies while applying secure, scalable development practices. • Develop and enhance AI-powered applications for retail and enterprise scenarios
• Build and integrate APIs, microservices, and cloud-based applications
• Create intelligent workflows and automation using AI and enterprise tech
• Collaborate with product managers,UX designers, and development teams
• Contribute to testing, debugging, documentation, and performance improvements
• Apply best practices in security, scalability, reliability, and enterprise software development
• Support continuous innovation by exploring new AI technologies and approaches

• 2-5 years of software development experience or equivalent
• Knowledge of at least one programming language (Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Node.js)
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, and modern software development practices
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI-driven software engineering
• Exposure to web, mobile, or enterprise application development
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative skills
• Bias for action, rapid prototyping, and iterative learning
• Knowledge of SAP technologies or SAP BTP is a plus
