Application Engineer Expert (m/f/d) - Automotive Bearings

In this role you apply technical expertise to understand customer needs and translate them into reliable bearing solutions. You will support customers and internal teams across the product cycle, shaping axle system strategies and defining performance-forward designs. You collaborate across functions to align specifications and deliver compelling proposals that meet expectations. The position supports a growth-focused, technology-driven environment in automotive bearings, with occasional travel.

• Interact with customers to capture needs and identify opportunities for performance improvements in center differential and axle bearings
• Provide ongoing technical support inhouse and for customers during concept, design, development, launch and field operations
• Help define axle system strategy and contribute to bearing system architecture
• Translate customer requirements into reliable bearing solutions and specifications
• Create and align technical proposals with customer performance targets
• Lead design and specification of bearings for applicable automotive applications

• Solid experience in development, production and application of automotive bearings
• Senior background in Application Engineering, Product Engineering or Product Development
• Strong mechanical design skills with automotive industry experience
• Proficient in English communication
• Proficient with MS Office and design tools
• Willingness to travel occasionally (Europe, USA, India)
