Application Engineer - Technical Customer Lead

In this role you will drive customer success for major enterprise clients by aligning Applied’s products with customer autonomy goals. You will own account strategy, manage executive relationships, and translate customer needs into actionable product workflows. You’ll collaborate with engineering and sales to prioritize work and explore new product opportunities. This role offers impact at a market-leading autonomy company and requires close cross-functional collaboration.

• Own account strategy for major enterprise customers
• Manage executive and leadership relationships
• Understand customers' development needs and use cases for autonomy to propose effective product use
• Coordinate with engineering to ensure customer needs are prioritized
• Collaborate with sales to elicit requirements through technical discussions and workshops
• Identify new product development areas through strategic understanding of the customer landscape

• Experience with automotive OEMs or suppliers
• Prior work in autonomous vehicle or robotics development domains
• 5+ years as an application engineer or developer with customer-facing experience
• Familiarity with best practices in large-scale software development
• Strong communication skills and a customer-problem solving mindset
• Bachelor in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent
