Campus Procurement Manager

In this role you lead end-to-end supply chain operations for data center campuses, ensuring safe and reliable delivery of infrastructure. You collaborate across engineering, construction, and operations to optimize schedules, costs, and supplier performance. You’ll drive governance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement to enable Microsoft Cloud delivery at scale. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a clear impact on campus readiness and operational excellence.

• Ensure policy compliance across stakeholders and suppliers; manage audits and governance data.
• Oversee POs, pricing validation, and procurement processes; govern contracts and change orders.
• Lead sourcing activities: negotiations, multi-year strategies, and supplier selection.
• Coordinate with Legal and stakeholders on commercial agreements; drive risk management and benchmarking.
• Drive executive-level stakeholder engagement and quarterly business reviews; monitor supplier performance.
• Manage escalations, change management, and contingency planning to minimize impact.

• Master's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field and strong experience in data science/analytics, finance, PM, supply chain, or operations; or Bachelor’s degree with senior experience in these areas; or equivalent experience.
