Global Sourcing & Procurement Manager for Third Party Manufacturing (m/f/d)

In this role you will help shape procurement strategies for third-party manufacturing, aligning with Supply Chain needs. You will analyze markets, assess supplier capabilities, and drive cost optimization while ensuring compliant supplier onboarding and master data management. You will manage supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and escalation handling in collaboration with internal stakeholders. This is a cross-functional, global role that blends strategic sourcing with operational execution to support our FMCG footprint.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for 3PM categories
• Analyze procurement markets and monitor category performance
• Assess supplier capabilities, technology fit, and capacity for 3PM needs
• Ensure spend visibility and drive cost savings and optimization
• Support supplier onboarding and master data/price management (e.g., SAP Ariba)
• Manage supplier relationships, contract development and negotiations, and root-cause analysis for quality issues
• Engage with senior stakeholders and external partners on supplier topics and escalations
• Collaborate with Sourcing Excellence to implement process/system changes and contribute to projects

• Degree in Business Administration or comparable
• 3–5 years of procurement or supply chain experience (3PM/contract manufacturing)
• Strong negotiation skills and analytical capability
• Good SAP knowledge (SAP R/3 or S/4HANA MM) and Ariba
• English (German a plus)
