Global P&C Product Manager (m/f/d) Recruiting & Sourcing

As Global P&C Product Manager, you will shape Voith’s sourcing and talent acquisition strategy to proactively identify talent and align with business needs. You’ll build global standards, governance, and scalable processes across regions, integrating sourcing with workforce planning and talent management. You will drive AI-enabled and digital sourcing solutions and develop Talent Intelligence capabilities to measure and improve effectiveness. You’ll empower recruiting teams with playbooks, tools, and training to build global sourcing capabilities, collaborating with stakeholders and vendors to ensure consistency and impact.

• Define and enhance global sourcing and talent acquisition strategy
• Establish global sourcing priorities, segments, and capability roadmap
• Develop and maintain global standards, policies, and governance for sourcing and skills-based hiring
• Ensure global consistency, scalability, and compliance in TA processes
• Integrate sourcing and TA with Voith's workforce planning and talent management ecosystem
• Identify market trends and translate into technology-enabled sourcing approaches (AI-supported and automated)
• Pilot and scale digital platforms and sourcing solutions for proactive talent engagement
• Build Talent Intelligence capabilities with labor market insights, KPIs, and dashboards
• Enable recruiting teams with toolkits, guidelines, playbooks, training, and communities of practice
• Manage stakeholders and external vendors to ensure strategic consistency across People & Culture and business functions

• Several years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, or HR strategy
• Strong experience with HR IT tools (ideally HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
• Expertise in aptitude diagnostics and employer branding campaigns
• Excellent stakeholder management and vendor governance skills
• Proven track record designing and implementing global strategies and frameworks
• Strong analytical, innovative, and strategic mindset
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
