Commercial Lead - Data Centre - Germany

In this role you will lead the commercial management of a major data centre construction project in Germany, ensuring value delivery within approved budgets and commercial parameters. You will coordinate contracts, procurement and risk management while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships. You will advise senior management on commercial impacts and drive timely, compliant project execution. • Lead commercial activities on a major data centre project, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control and reporting
• Manage main contracts and subcontracts: negotiation, tender evaluation, awards, variations, claims, and regulatory compliance
• Oversee procurement strategy, subcontractor selection and supplier engagement to ensure competitive terms and timely delivery
• Identify, evaluate and mitigate commercial risks and identify opportunities across the project lifecycle
• Serve as primary commercial contact for client, project teams, consultants and subcontractors, maintaining clear communication and issue resolution
