Contracts Manager for Clinical Supply Services

As Contracts Manager for Clinical Supply Services, you will steer contract negotiations and execution with a focus on compliance and business growth. You will partner with Business Development, Site Operations, and Legal across EMEA and APAC to align commercial goals with legal standards. You will mitigate contractual risk, maintain accurate contract records, and contribute to customer satisfaction and operational success. • Lead negotiations and execution of customer contracts to meet commercial goals and legal standards
• Coordinate with Business Development, Legal, and site operations across EMEA and APAC
• Assess contractual risks and propose language to support business objectives
• Ensure contracts reflect company priorities and comply with policies and procedures
• Maintain contract records and track status and progress
• Liaise with internal/external legal counsel as needed
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and enhance customer experience

• Bachelor in Life Sciences (or Master)
• Proven experience negotiating contracts with senior stakeholders
• Strong understanding of European and US commercial contract terms
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working directly with customers and managing contract-related discussions
