Creative Quality & Compliance Specialist (Fully Remote)

• Serve as the quality and compliance checkpoint within the creative production workflow, reporting to the Creative department.
• Review ads, landing pages, emails, social content, and video for regulatory compliance and brand standards.
• Support creative production by maintaining trackers and coordinating feedback cycles with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform pre-submission compliance QA on all creative assets against MLR requirements.
• Own Veeva Vault PromoMats workflow including annotations, claims, and 2253 filings.
• Enforce brand standards and conduct copy quality reviews for accuracy and tone.

Requirements:

• 4+ years in healthcare creative production with MLR review experience.
• Understanding of FDA guidelines and Veeva Vault PromoMats proficiency.
• Strong process orientation and ability to document QA standards.
