Job vacancy: Customer Service Employee (m/f/d)

• Support of our national & international FBM customers
• Entry, processing & tracking of quotations and orders
• Entry, checking & follow‑up of delivery dates in coordination with our production department
• Taking over active customer communication via video, telephone, e‑mail and in person
• Creation of customer assortments and maintenance of the corresponding online platforms
• Maintenance and monitoring of the dunning process
• Visits to customers and trade fairs
• Acquisition of new customers

YOUR PROFILE

• Successfully completed commercial training
• Several years of professional experience in Key Account Management or Customer Service
• Confident manner as well as solution‑ and service‑oriented working methods
• Fluency in English or French is required
• Team spirit and very good self‑organisation
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident handling of MS Office and ERP programmes
• Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
