Customer Service Representative (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound phone conversations with candidates
• Build rapport, understand qualifications, preferences, and career goals
• Review AI generated conversation history and maintain CRM accuracy

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service, recruiting, or high-volume phone roles
• Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2) with neutral accent
• Strong phone presence and ability to make decisions without rigid scripts

Location and Availability:

• Fully remote work from home role
• Full‑time (40 hours per week) during U.S. Central Time, preferably 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
