To strengthen our electronics manufacturing team, we are looking for qualified and dedicated professionals who would like to contribute their technical expertise and experience to a modern, quality-oriented manufacturing environment. With us, you will work on sophisticated products, take on responsibility within the production process, and actively contribute to the further development of our manufacturing operations.

Your responsibilities:

Professional, expert support for our customers over the phone and via email
Providing technical advice to customers about the products in German and English
Preparation and analysis of error reports for customer complaints
Development and implementation of measures to correct and prevent errors
Assisting other departments with technical inquiries
Coordinating customer repairs in collaboration with the manufacturing department
Continuous improvement of customer service
Ensuring compliance with high quality standards
Training as an electronics technician, electrical engineer, or similar
Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor
Analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving
proficiency in MS Office
High level of self-motivation, ability to work independently, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to set priorities
