Director, National Accounts (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with national and super-regional brokerages, agency groups, aggregators, and distribution partners.
• Develop and execute account strategies that increase production, improve product penetration, and strengthen long‑term partner relationships.
• Identify and pursue new strategic distribution opportunities aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in national accounts, strategic partnerships, or insurance distribution roles.
• Proven track record of building and managing large‑scale broker or agency relationships.
• Experience with homeowners, commercial property, flood, or specialty insurance markets preferred.
