You join Chemours as a Technical Marketing Specialist to support the transition to next-generation refrigerants across Europe. You work at the intersection of engineering, application development and marketing, collaborating with OEMs, consultants and industry groups to translate challenges into practical solutions. This is a high-visibility technical role that shapes sustainable cooling technologies and industry initiatives. You will influence customers, drive adoption, and contribute to market strategy in a dynamic regulatory environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Lead application development projects in refrigeration, air-conditioning and heat pump markets
Support qualification and implementation of next-generation refrigerants with OEMs and customers
Serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor to customers and industry stakeholders
Identify and develop technical projects to support growth and market adoption
Analyze field trial and application data to inform stakeholders
Develop technical papers, case studies and presentations for conferences
Monitor market developments and competitive activity to inform strategy
Support codes, standards and regulatory activities across Europe
Build relationships with universities, industry associations and standardization committees
Collaborate with Technical Marketing, Business Development, Product Management, Sales, Regulatory and R&D teams globally

Zentrale Anforderungen

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering or related technical discipline
Several years of experience in refrigeration, HVAC, heat pumps or related thermal systems industries
Experience with refrigerants, refrigeration systems, HVAC technologies or heat pumps
Experience engaging with customers, OEMs, consultants or other external stakeholders
Strong analytical and project management capabilities
Strong communication and presentation skills
Fluency in German and English
Ability to independently manage projects in a matrix environment
