EMEA Regional Marketing Engineer - I&E

As Regional Marketing Engineer for EMEA, you will drive product and technical marketing for Wolfspeed’s SiC power portfolio, aligning customer needs with internal capabilities. You will translate product specs into customer-ready solutions, lead technical briefings, and accelerate commercialization of SiC products. You’ll collaborate across R&D, product management, sales, and operations to deliver the right products at the right time. This role offers impact across markets, supporting strategic launches and market positioning in a fast-growing domain.

• Translate product specifications into customer-focused collateral and messaging
• Lead technical presentations with customers and sales on product applications
• Champion customer requirements and drive commercialization of SiC products in EMEA
• Monitor market trends and VOC inputs to inform strategy
• Assess competitors and positioning to define differentiation
• Collaborate with sales and product team to define product specs for opportunities
• Coordinate with R&D, NPI, production, and quality to meet customer requirements
• Assist Product Management with roadmap understanding and early product definitions
• Create and distribute sales tools, application notes, and technical guidelines
• Provide field and customer training and establish processes for ongoing adoption
• Understand cost models to support pricing strategies

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar technical field
• 7-10 years in semiconductor product management, product marketing, or applications engineering
• Knowledge of sales and semiconductor manufacturing processes
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Self-motivated with strong objective achievement drive
