Market Development Engineer – Power Supply (Electronics) (m/w/d)

In this role you drive regional power supply opportunities in Germany and Austria by collaborating with field engineers, sales teams, and suppliers. You design in AC/DC, DC/DC and inverter power solutions from partner and in-house centers, while managing supplier support and the sales funnel. You will present Arrow’s Power Group offerings and train the sales force on technical issues. The role blends field execution with strategic growth to increase bookings and profitability.

• Collaborate with field-based FAE and account managers to grow the sales funnel in Germany and Austria
• Design in AC/DC, DC/DC and inverter power supplies and value-add solutions from partner manufacturers and internal design center
• Manage supplier relationships to support region-specific projects
• Oversee the sales project funnel from opportunity to booking
• Propose optimal technical-commercial power solutions for customers
• Represent and present Arrow Power Group to customers
• Deliver technical training and support to sales representatives
• Grow regional power supply bookings, billings, and design wins in line with targets

• Experience with AC/DC power supplies and DC/DC converters or onboard power conversion
• Ability to discuss customer-specific power solutions with customer engineering teams
• Knowledge of energy systems, charging systems and inverters
• Completed degree in electronic engineering or related
• German native and English business fluent
