FPGA - Market Development Engineer (m/w/d)

In this role you will drive FPGA market growth in the EMEA region by partnering with FAE and sales to align on customer needs. You will analyze market trends, adapt supplier portfolios, and execute regional programs. You will support development teams in selecting FPGA technologies and participate in customer projects, trainings, and technical meetings. This position offers cross-functional impact, exposure to supplier strategy, and opportunities to shape FPGA adoption across Germany, Switzerland, and Benelux. • Grow FPGA market share in collaboration with FAE and sales
• Observe market trends and adapt the manufacturer portfolio
• Implement & execute EMEA supplier strategy and programs in the region
• Summarize and drive regular business updates with the supplier
• Assist development engineers in selecting FPGA technologies and components
• Engage in various customer development projects
• Prepare & conduct trainings, events, and technical meetings with customers and suppliers
• Guide technical direction based on supplier shaping strategy and market scenario

• Experience with electronics and a passion for innovative technology
• Proven track record in business development with technical excellence
• MSc or BSc in electronics or equivalent
• Deep understanding of FPGA technology (no need for tool proficiency)
• Preferably experience in FPGA electronic design
• Outgoing personality
• Fluent English and German
• Driving license and willingness to travel across Germany, Switzerland and Benelux
• Preferably located in eastern Germany
