EMEA Energy Industry Go-To-Market (GTM) Leader

In this role you will shape and lead Databricks' AI-driven go-to-market strategy for the energy sector across EMEA. You will work with cross-functional teams and executive clients to define vision, drive adoption, and accelerate revenue in oil/gas, utilities, renewables, and other energy segments. You’ll translate market insights into strategic initiatives, and represent Databricks at industry forums and with top accounts. You’ll operate at the intersection of industry expertise, customer engagement, and commercial strategy to unlock growth through data and AI.

• Lead AI vision-setting engagements with top energy accounts and C-suite stakeholders across EMEA
• Own GTM strategy and pipeline growth for energy across EMEA, including multiple sub-sectors
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment with sales, field engineering, marketing, partnerships, and product
• Develop and deliver market-facing thought leadership and executive briefings; analyze trends and competitive dynamics
• Travel regularly to support customer meetings, executive engagements, and industry events

• 10+ years in energy leadership roles; at least 5 years in GTM/strategy/business development within top-tier consulting or product-led tech companies
• Proven track record commercializing technology products or platforms with measurable outcomes in energy sector
• Expert-level domain knowledge in subsurface intelligence, industrial AI, energy trading, or grid resilience; familiarity with regional energy standards in EMEA
• Strong ability to influence in a matrixed organization and communicate complex concepts to executives
