Sales Solutions Engineer - EMEA

As a Solutions Engineer at Sonar, you will translate our AC/DC approach into practical value within the customer’s SDLC and drive technical evaluations. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to demonstrate our AI code verification platform and align deployments with customer needs. You’ll troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide customers toward successful adoption after purchase. You’ll also enable channel partners and help existing customers unlock advanced product capabilities, contributing to growth and adoption.

• Explain how the AC/DC approach fits into prospects' software development life cycle
• Lead technical pre-sales activities with presentations, demos, and product evaluations
• Advise on deployment strategies that match customer needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems encountered during evaluation
• Ensure post-sale product adoption and collaborate with Customer Success and Support
• Educate channel partners to raise their service levels
• Help customers understand additional capabilities of advanced product editions

• Some practical experience in software development or DevOps engineering (desirable)
• Familiarity with local and cloud deployment platforms and technologies (Linux, Windows, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure)
• Ability to troubleshoot, design solutions, and communicate them clearly (verbal and written)
• Team player with openness to feedback and knowledge sharing
• Can-do attitude with a drive to challenge the status quo and contribute to improvements
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent English communications (verbal and written)
• German is desirable but not required
