Solutions Engineer - EMEA

In this role you will lead and deliver enterprise projects using Tulip’s No-Code platform from our Munich office. You will collaborate with customers across shop floor to C-suite to implement Tulip solutions and improve frontline workflows. You’ll help build scalable processes with cross-functional teams and provide ongoing technical support. This role offers direct impact on product adoption and customer success in a fast-growing AI-driven company.

• Manage and execute enterprise-level customer projects using Tulip No-Code platform
• Collaborate with customers and partners to develop and implement Tulip solutions
• Provide ongoing customer technical support and maintain relationships
• Contribute to internal process building, improvement, and collaboration
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to provide insights based on customer interactions

• 5+ years of work experience; project management and manufacturing/process engineering experience are a plus
• BS degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, Computer Science or related field
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Basic coding skills and familiarity with SQL and REST API
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Proactive, self-starter attitude with willingness to learn and grow
• Fluency in English & German (French a plus)
• Strong academic record and passion for continuous improvement
