In this role you will oversee electrical safety and energisation for mission-critical data centre projects in Sweden. You will ensure permit-to-work controls, isolation and safe switching, while coordinating with electrical teams and subcontractors to maintain safe, compliant operation. You will lead inspections, audits and documentation to support risk management and project readiness. This position offers a hands-on chance to shape electrical safety in high-demand environments within an international construction setting. • Manage permit-to-work and isolation processes; issue, control and close permits with proper lockout and safe switching.
• Oversee energisation activities and safe systems of work for LV/MV systems, ensuring regulatory and project compliance.
• Coordinate with electrical teams, commissioning engineers and subcontractors to sequence electrical works safely.
• Conduct inspections, audits and document control; verify isolation points and review method statements and logs.
• Provide technical guidance and enforce electrical safety; deliver briefings and toolbox talks for site personnel.

• HV&LV Authorised Person certificates
• 6+ years’ experience in a similar mission-critical project role (preferably data centres)
• EU Passport or right to work in Sweden
