European Cardiothoracic Field Sales - Remote

In this role you drive adoption of Gore’s thoracic aortic portfolio across Europe by building strong cardiothoracic partnerships and supporting hybrid treatment approaches. You work with regional teams to translate strategy into account-level execution, enabling sustainable business growth. You will educate and collaborate with surgical teams, support case planning, and help expand center-based clinical partnerships. This position offers remote work across Europe with a focus on cross-functional impact and regional leadership.

• Identify and develop key cardiothoracic centers across Europe to expand portfolio adoption
• Create and execute account plans to build clinical partnerships and growth opportunities
• Provide clinical support during procedures and assist with case planning and execution
• Build long-term relationships with cardiothoracic surgeons and other stakeholders to promote appropriate product utilization
• Support education and training initiatives, including workshops, site visits, and peer learning
• Collaborate with regional sales, marketing, and category teams to implement the EMEA strategy
• Act as cardiothoracic SME, supporting country teams with insights and guidance
• Monitor performance and share market trends and adoption opportunities for future strategy

• Strong understanding of thoracic aortic disease and treatment pathways with credibility with surgeons
• Experience with open surgical and endovascular approaches; willingness to deepen expertise
• Significant field experience in medical devices within vascular/cardiac/thoracic areas with market development success
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong time management and cross-European work ability
• English language proficiency; additional European languages a plus
• Ability to travel extensively across Europe (4 days per week)
• Gore portfolio certification or equivalent experience from a competitor is preferred
