Experienced Engineer for Reliability

In this role you will qualify and assess reliability for advanced semiconductor technologies, partnering with Technology Development, Manufacturing and Design teams. You will design test structures, analyze data, and develop models to ensure robust device reliability and process robustness. You will lead cross-functional reliability improvements, maintain procedures, and support EHS&S requirements. • Plan, execute and analyze reliability qualification activities for semiconductor technologies and process changes
• Design and characterize reliability test structures to establish models and design rules
• Perform reliability assessments and failure analysis for technology development, fab excursions, and customer issues
• Analyze reliability data and provide recommendations to improve robustness and product reliability
• Develop and apply reliability models for device degradation and wear-out mechanisms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reliability requirements and support new technology development
• Drive improvements in reliability methodologies, test cycle time, data integrity, and documentation
• Maintain reliability procedures, test methods, and technical documentation
• Support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security (EHS&S) requirements and work practices

• Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Semiconductor Engineering, or related field
• Experience in semiconductor reliability engineering, technology development, process integration, or device engineering
• Understanding of reliability failure mechanisms such as HCI, NBTI, TDDB, and Electromigration
• Experience with reliability qualification, data analysis, and root cause investigations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
