Overview

Skydio is seeking a Field Support Representative to work in the Northwest US, providing onsite and remote technical support for drone systems and cloud operations. The role involves troubleshooting firmware, mission configuration, and network issues, analyzing logs, and collaborating with product teams to improve support processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support for drone systems and cloud operations.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of UAS operation experience (civilian or military).
• Proficiency in troubleshooting IoT and network devices.
• Experience in operational, technical, or customer‑facing support roles.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting firmware, networks, and cloud systems.
• Knowledge of IoT, streaming APIs, and network devices.
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 50%.

Benefits

Salary range: $100,000 - $125,000 annually. Benefits include health insurance, paid leave, and stock options.
