Global Benefits Analyst (m/f/d)

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of client engagements within the Global Benefits team, coordinating renewals and global brokerage mandates. You’ll analyze regulatory changes and renewal impacts, and support negotiations with international reinsurance networks. You will prepare client meetings, assist with RFP responses, and maintain client data in internal databases. This position suits a proactive analyst who helps deliver global benefit solutions and strengthens client partnerships.

• Set up, monitor and coordinate client engagements across portfolios
• Implement and monitor global brokerage mandates
• Coordinate renewal processes for health and risk policies across multiple countries
• Analyze changes and regulatory impacts for clients and present to central teams
• Negotiate renewal conditions with international reinsurance networks within global solutions
• Monitor renewals managed by Aon Captive teams
• Prepare client meetings to present renewals and project updates
• Contribute to responses for requests for proposals (RFPs)
• Update client information in internal databases
• Support the GB consultant with analytics from RFPs and renewals

• Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, finance or economics
• Minimum two years’ experience in the insurance industry, preferably employee benefits brokerage/insurance or consulting
• Strong performance track record and team-oriented mindset
• Self-reflection and learning attitude
• Structured and organized with proactive analytical approach
