Global Head of IT Infrastucture m/f/d

In this role you will own the global IT infrastructure strategy for a multinational pharma environment and lead a major transformation toward a modern hybrid landscape. You will oversee high-performing international teams and act as the IT lead for sites in Germany, aligning IT with business growth. You drive secure, scalable infrastructure across networks, data centers and cloud, with a strong focus on Azure-based migration and regulatory compliance. This position offers strategic influence, hands-on leadership, and the chance to shape the tech backbone of a global CDMO.

• Define and execute the global IT infrastructure strategy
• Drive transformation to a scalable hybrid & cloud-based environment (Azure)
• Set global standards for architecture, security, and operations
• Partner with senior leadership to align IT with business growth priorities
• Own the global infrastructure budget and vendor strategy
• Ensure stable, secure, and high-performing global IT operations
• Oversee infrastructure across network, cloud, data centers, and endpoints
