Global Medical Advisor Rheumatology/Dermatology (all genders)

As Global Medical Advisor, you will shape and execute medical strategies in rheumatology and dermatology, driving scientific excellence and credible medical insights across functions. You will build deep therapeutic expertise, engage with external experts, and support evidence generation and scientific exchanges at a global scale. Your work supports strategic decisions, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to advance patient care. • Contribute to global medical strategy and tactical planning in Rheumatology/ Dermatology
• Translate strategy into actionable medical initiatives aligned with global priorities
• Build and maintain deep scientific and clinical expertise in the therapeutic area
• Develop and maintain relationships with key external experts (KOLs) and scientific societies
• Provide timely, accurate medical responses to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
• Support evidence generation activities (ISS, RWE, publications) with cross-functional teams
• Assess medical relevance of pipeline and BD opportunities, partnering with Business & Portfolio Development
• Plan and lead global advisory boards and expert meetings
• Organize scientific exchange at international congresses (symposia, presentations)
• Ensure medical communications and materials comply with regulatory and company standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Management, Market Access, Clinical Development and Regulatory teams

• Experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Development or related scientific role in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
• Advanced degree in life sciences (MD, PharmD, PhD or equivalent strongly preferred)
• Strong scientific, analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Proven ability to translate science into impactful medical strategy and communication
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills in an international environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrix organization
• Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous
• Willingness to relocate to Hamburg/Wedel
