Global Product Manager - Pressure Sensors (m/f/d) Remote EMEA

Overview

As Global Product Manager for pressure sensors, you own a $25M MEMS-based portfolio across respiratory care, medical pumps and patient monitoring. You will shape strategy, roadmaps, pricing, lifecycle, and new-product development while directing global commercial execution through direct and distributor channels. You will align Engineering, Operations and Sales to strengthen market position and drive profitable growth. This is a chance to influence product strategy at a global scale and contribute to safer, connected healthcare systems. You will lead with initiative and cross-functional collaboration to unlock new markets and improve competitiveness.

Verantwortungsbereiche
  • Own and drive global portfolio strategy and roadmap for pressure sensors
  • Manage pricing, lifecycle, and new-product development across markets
  • Oversee global commercial execution through direct and distribution channels
  • Lead portfolio analyses and business cases for market expansion or rationalization
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts between Engineering, Operations and Sales
  • Define distributor strategy, channel enablement, and demand creation
  • Support sales with target customer definitions, content marketing, and pricing strategies
  • Provide NBO reporting and track strategic opportunities for scaling the business
  • Act as liaison for development efforts focusing on technical, economic, and strategic aspects
Zentrale Anforderungen
  • Global P&L ownership and lifecycle management experience
  • 5-8 years in product management, application engineering, or business development
  • Experience with MEMS-based sensors, semiconductors, or medical devices
  • Knowledge of sensor architecture, packaging, calibration, and signal conditioning
  • Medical application experience
  • Strong written and spoken English and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, analytical mindset, and ability to work under pressure
