Head of COO Supply Chain Solutions (m/f/d)

As Head of COO Supply Chain Solutions, you will steer the global supply chain technology function within Business Platforms & Applications, shaping strategy, transformation, and delivery of value across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and warehouse operations. You will partner with COOs and senior supply chain leaders to translate business needs into scalable IT solutions, modernize the application portfolio, and drive cross-functional transformation programs. You’ll lead governance, budgets, and vendor management while advancing data governance and cybersecurity to support LEONI’s mobility-focused mission.

• Lead global Supply Chain Solutions organization and ensure high performance across regions
• Define end-to-end supply chain technology strategy aligned with business priorities
• Act as senior IT partner to COO and Supply Chain leadership to translate needs into scalable solutions
• Modernize and optimize global application portfolio across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing
• Drive large-scale transformation programs (ERP/SAP S/4HANA), standardization, and system harmonization
• Establish governance, standards, operating models, and best practices for supply chain tech
• Lead cross-functional product teams and BITs for delivery and stakeholder alignment
• Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and vendor/partner management for cost efficiency
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, data governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements
• Foster innovation, continuous improvement, KPI performance, and talent development across the function

• Degree in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
• 10+ years in IT, digital transformation, or supply chain technology in global organizations
• Proven global team leadership and matrix/cross-functional experience
• Track record delivering large-scale transformations (ERP/SAP S/4HANA) including change management
• Deep expertise across end-to-end supply chain domains (planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, S&OP)
• Strong experience with ERP (SAP S/4HANA preferred) and systems like WMS, TMS, APS, MES, analytics tools
• Solid enterprise architecture, system integration, data governance, and modern cloud-based landscapes
• Leadership in building high-performing teams, coaching, and succession planning
• Strong commercial/operational acumen with budgets, vendor management, and value realization
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and English fluency; additional languages a plus
