Head of Corporate Finance (m/f/d)

In this role you drive strategic corporate financing for roadsurfer, shaping end-to-end debt financings and key funding decisions. You own relationships with banks, coordinate financing planning with Fleet Strategy and Operations, and partner with data, controlling, and business teams to ensure reliable reporting. You will collaborate closely with the CFO and CEO on strategic questions, delivering impact at scale. • Structure and execute corporate financings end-to-end (debt, term sheets to closing)
• Own and manage relationships with financing banks; establish reporting standards and run Q&A sessions
• Coordinate financing planning with Fleet Strategy and Fleet Operations
• Collaborate with Data, Controlling and business teams to improve data quality and reliability before investors/banks/board
• Partner with CFO, CEO, and Director Finance on strategic financial decisions

• 8+ years of experience in structuring/executing corporate financings or corporate lending at a bank
• Experience with asset financing or related financing structures
• Experience owning or driving data quality and reliable reporting at scale
• Enjoyment working with contractual, tax, economic and accounting matters
• Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with strong teamwork
• Strong communication and analytical abilities
• Fluent English; German fluency appreciated
