Head of Customer Relations (f/m/d)

Lead and shape the Customer Relations function at the Tittmoning site within a top pharma contract manufacturer. You will orchestrate cross-functional collaboration to secure long-term customer partnerships and drive professionalization of Customer Service. You’ll balance customer needs with site business goals, handling strategic negotiations and expert-level engagement. This role offers impact across site leadership, customer strategy, and commercial governance in a regulated environment.

• Lead and manage customer relationships with a focus on satisfaction and long-term partnerships
• Coordinate between planning, production, packaging, shipping, quality and customers for transparent communication
• Professionalize Customer Service from reactive to strategic partnership at eye-level
• Enable Expert-to-Expert direct engagement with customers while coordinating strategically through Head of Customer Service
• Develop and lead the Customer Service & Commercial management team to improve cross-functional collaboration
• Negotiate and manage site-level commercial agreements and represent the site in demanding customer discussions
• Report to Site Head with dotted-line to VP Customer Service (Corporate)

• Degree in a business, technical, or scientific field with significant experience in Customer Service, Commercial or Program Manager roles
• Experience in manufacturing or contract manufacturing, ideally in regulated industries (pharma B2B)
• Proven ability to balance customer orientation with assertive negotiation and business acumen
• Strong contract management and negotiation skills in regulated or supply-driven industries
• System- and process-savvy (preferably SAP) with fact-based communication
• Experience in leading and developing a customer relations team
• Fluent in German and English
