Head of Group Risk Resilience (f/m/d)

As Head of Group Risk Resilience you lead a cross-functional team across locations to advance a holistic resilience strategy for Deutsche Börse Group. You act as a trusted advisor to senior management and represent the resilience function to internal and external stakeholders, including regulators. You will define governance, policy, and process standards and oversee third-party risk and outsourcing governance. Expect ongoing enhancement of incident, crisis, and business continuity capabilities with a strong emphasis on regulatory alignment.

• Lead and further develop the Group Risk Resilience function with an integrated, forward-looking strategy
• Define and maintain Group-wide governance frameworks, policies, standards, and processes aligning with regulatory requirements
• Oversee resilience risks related to third-party arrangements and outsourcing throughout their lifecycle
• Ensure effective incident, crisis, and resilience management governance including escalation and response
• Drive continuous enhancement of the Business Continuity Management framework including planning, testing, and reporting

• Proven leadership experience managing high-performing international or matrix-based teams
• Extensive track record in risk management leadership within financial services
• Expertise in at least two areas: Business Continuity Management, Crisis Resilience Management, Third Party Risk Management, Outsourcing Governance, Operational Resilience, or Information Security
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks like DORA, MaRisk, EMIR, CSDR, and ISO 22301
• Experience designing and implementing resilience, incident, and crisis management frameworks in complex organizations
• Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills for senior stakeholder engagement
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Information Security, Law, or related field
• Fluency in German and English
