Head of People & Culture BTG (m/f/d)

As Head of People & Culture BTG, you will shape and lead the global people strategy for BTG within Voith Paper. You will partner with the BTG Leadership Team to drive organizational effectiveness, workforce transformation and leadership development across a global, matrix organization. You will steer labor relations, policy implementation and data-driven decision making to align people initiatives with business priorities. • Act as strategic People & Culture partner to the BTG Leadership Team and senior business leaders
• Develop and execute people strategies that support business growth, transformation and organizational performance
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, succession management and talent development initiatives
• Drive change management and transformation programs across a global organization
• Advise and coach leaders on leadership effectiveness, team performance, employee engagement and organizational development
• Foster a high-performance, inclusive and values-based culture that supports BTG’s strategic objectives
• Lead and coordinate all labor relations and employment law matters in close collaboration with local and regional stakeholders
• Ensure effective implementation of global People & Culture processes, policies and programs
• Leverage people analytics and data-driven insights to support business decision-making
• Collaborate closely with regional and global People & Culture teams across the Voith Group
• Travel regularly to BTG locations worldwide to support business priorities, leadership teams and strategic people initiatives

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or a related field
• Several years of leadership experience in a senior HR / People & Culture role within an international industrial, technology or service environment
• Proven track record in organizational transformation, change management and leadership development
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into effective people solutions
• Experience working with global leadership teams and complex matrix organizations
• Solid knowledge of labor relations and employment law practices
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and consulting skills
• High degree of initiative, resilience and execution excellence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English; German language skills are highly desirable
• High intercultural competence and willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis (approximately 50%)
