Responsibilities

Qualifications

• You bring several years of experience in talent development, learning, and/or leadership development.
• You have experience in transformational and/or fast-scaling environments.
• You have hands‑on exposure to modern L&D practices (digital, agile, skills‑based).
• You influence stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
• You deliver measurable capability uplift in key areas (tech, data, customer centricity).
• You improve leadership effectiveness in line with our transformation goals.
• You strengthen internal mobility and our talent pipeline.
• You earn strong business feedback on capability relevance and impact.
• You enjoy working in an international environment and feel comfortable in a modern HR operating model.
• You are fluent in German and have a strong command of English.
