Impact Officer (m/f/d) Financial Services

In this role you will drive cross-office collaboration for the Financial Services team, coordinating initiatives and ensuring high-quality, efficient outputs. You will connect teams, monitor pipelines, and translate industry insights into actionable plans. The position blends project coordination, stakeholder management, and business development across international markets. You’ll support bid processes, manage events, and enhance knowledge sharing to strengthen our client impact and growth.

• Coordinate Financial Services Target Operating Model (TOM) meetings across offices with clear follow-up actions
• Support international bid and proposal processes, ensuring quality and consistency
• Monitor Salesforce pipeline, identify opportunities, and engage the financial services community
• Disseminate industry developments and translate insights into concrete actions
• Manage international events calendar and support lead capture from events
• Maintain and develop knowledge base and reference-case library with project leads and AI teams
• Provide proposal and client meeting support for efficiency and impact
• Strengthen partnerships and capability mapping across markets to drive new business
• Collaborate with other impact officers to share best practices and improve ways of working

• Experience in financial services or related industry
• Highly organized with ability to manage complex initiatives
• Fluent in English and German; Danish a bonus
• Knowledgeable in Salesforce; interested in AI tools to improve workflows
• Natural connector who can bring people, ideas, and opportunities together
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment
