Indirect Contracting Team Leader (f/m/d) Pharmaceutical Diagnostics

Overview

In this role you lead the end-to-end management of indirect contracting for PDx International, guiding a team of contract specialists to ensure compliant distributor, wholesaler, and sales representative contracts. You drive governance, lean processes, and risk-based remediation across the contract lifecycle in a cross-functional setting. You report to governance and compliance boundaries while transforming the process to be standardized, transparent, and auditable. This is a hybrid/remote or onsite opportunity in Europe with significant cross-country collaboration.

Verantwortungsbereiche
  • Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle management for distributor, wholesaler, and sales representative contracts
  • Maintain contract coverage, renewal timelines, status, and a comprehensive repository; ensure audit readiness
  • Identify and remediate contracts with expired or missing coverage; prioritize risks
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders on due diligence and approvals
  • Enforce templates, due diligence, and regulatory assessments; escalate material risks
  • Provide governance reporting, workload prioritization, and process improvement across the team
  • Coach and develop contract specialists; set priorities and ensure high-quality execution
  • Define roles, responsibilities, and governance routines; support internal investigations and audits
  • Drive standard work, lean transformation, and adoption of CLM technologies
  • Monitor KPIs, dashboards, and performance to drive transparency and remediation progress
  • Coordinate cross-functional communications to align contracting priorities and risk management
Zentrale Anforderungen
  • Significant experience in contract drafting and management or related fields, preferably healthcare or regulated industries
  • Experience managing distributor networks and cross-border contracting with governance and audits
  • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management, compliance, risk management, and internal controls
  • Proven ability to lead a team and drive accountability and operational execution
  • Experience with process transformation, lean initiatives, and continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical skills to define KPIs and translate data into actions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for cross-functional alignment
  • Attention to detail, organizational discipline, and audit readiness
  • Ability to operate with autonomy and manage competing priorities across countries
  • Experience working across multiple jurisdictions and cultures in global/regional settings
  • Change management experience to sustain new processes and behavioral adoption
  • Lean/project management/process excellence experience preferred
  • Experience with contract workflows and tools (e.g., Salesforce) is advantageous
