• Serve as the primary IT Solutions contact for Clinical Diagnostics Germany and interface with Group IT Solutions
• Arbitrate which applications stay regional vs. are provided by Group IT Solutions
• Support, operate, and monitor regional IT Solutions including budgeting for next year
• Evaluate cloud vs. on-premise deployment for IT Applications
• Define and communicate IT vision and roadmap aligned with regional/global strategy
• Coordinate with Group IT Solutions to enable growth targets and profitability
• Benchmark with other Eurofins lines to adopt best practices and accelerate IT maturity
• Lead regional IT Solution organization, including development, delivery, and operations
• Oversee major transformation programs (lab automation, IT standardisation) and ensure ROI
• Govern IT investments and manage regional budget; ensure value for money
• Ensure phasing out of local solutions in favour of standard Group IT Solutions
• Promote reuse and integration over custom development
• Foster joint ownership between IT and business and drive change management

• Bachelor in Business Administration or related field
• 10+ years in IT leadership within a non-tech company
• Proven IT project management experience with Prince, PMI or equivalent
• Solid understanding of enterprise systems (LIMS, CRM, accounting) and their business value
• Cross-functional leadership experience in regulated or process-heavy industries
• Proficiency in English
