As Validation Team Leader, you drive verification activities in the Enclosure Systems Laboratory and ensure compliance with standards, quality, and safety while leading continuous improvement. You will coordinate cross-functional efforts with Engineering, Quality, and Project Management to support development and certification. • Lead and develop the Validation Team and manage daily activities and resources
• Oversee timely validation and verification aligned with standards, customer needs, and internal procedures
• Support ISO/IEC 17025 compliance, laboratory processes, and quality standards
• Assist internal and external audits and drive corrective actions
• Collaborate with Engineering, System & Product Management, Quality, and Project Management to support development and certification activities

• Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics
• Several years of experience in validation, testing, verification, or laboratory operations
• First leadership experience and team development skills
• Good knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and electrotechnical standards (e.g. IEC 61439, IEC , VDE 0603)
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills in an international environment
