Intelligent Power Devices Expert (Principal Analog Engineer)

In this role you guide the development of next-generation Intelligent Power Devices (IPDs) and drive architectural and technical excellence. You will lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, shaping design, validation, and production readiness. You balance performance, reliability, power efficiency, and cost while mitigating risks and ensuring automotive safety standards. You’ll act as a people leader, mentoring engineers and aligning stakeholders to deliver world-class IPD solutions.

• Provide technical leadership for IPD development and drive innovation, protection performance, and product competitiveness
• Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle from concept to production readiness
• Define system and design architectures balancing performance, reliability, power efficiency, area, and cost
• Drive design verification, modeling, simulation, and test methodologies for robust silicon and faster cycles
• Identify, assess, and mitigate silicon- and system-level risks with proactive quality and execution strategies
• Ensure compliance with automotive reliability, safety, and quality standards (AEC-Q100, ISO 26262)
• Manage project schedules, costs, resources, and deliverables while providing hands-on support for debugging
• Collaborate with design, verification, test, quality, and application engineering teams and mentor engineers to strengthen IPD capabilities

• ≥10 years of IPD development experience
• Proven experience leading development teams and managing multiple engineers
• Extensive knowledge of PoMOS design, structure, and characteristics used in IPDs
• Strong understanding of PoMOS driving methods within IPD applications
• Extensive experience in IPD testing, validation, and reliability assessment
• Solid knowledge of thermal design principles and device thermal management
• Knowledge of EMC and ESD design and testing (nice-to-have)
