IT Outsourcing Senior Business Analyst, Vice President

In this role, you will drive regulatory compliance for IT outsourcing under EBA guidelines and lead the automation of manual outsourcing activities. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate, compliant processes across Europe and strengthen IT outsourcing oversight. You’ll shape governance, risk assessment, and methodology responses to evolving requirements such as DORA, MaRisk, and BAIT. • Regulatory Compliance: develop and implement processes aligned with EBA Outsourcing Guidelines
• Process Automation: identify and drive automation to reduce errors and increase efficiency
• Optimization: enhance accuracy and coverage of outsourcing processes
• Stakeholder Collaboration: align with stakeholders to meet regulatory and business needs
• Documentation: maintain up-to-date process documentation
• Continuous Improvement: monitor and improve outsourcing processes
• IT Outsourcing Oversight: support governance of outsourced IT services
• Risk Assessment: evaluate impact and risks of outsourcing activities under regulations (e.g., MaRisk, BAIT)
• Methodology Implementation: update IT Outsourcing methodology for new regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA)
• Governance Controls: strengthen reporting, service reviews and escalation processes

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Admin, IT, or related field
• 10+ years of financial services experience with outsourcing and IT governance knowledge
• In-depth understanding of EBA Outsourcing Guidelines
• Proficiency in process automation tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholders
• Experience drafting or reviewing policies for IT or financial services organizations
• English proficiency; Italian or German is a plus
