IT Security Specialist Europe (m/f/d)

In this role you support our European IT operations to strengthen security and reduce risk. You will manage vulnerability processes across locations and operate security tools to identify, prioritize, and remediate issues. You collaborate with global and local IT teams to implement standards and drive improvements. This is a chance to shape a robust security posture within a multinational manufacturing context and work on meaningful, cross-border initiatives.

• Manage vulnerability management across European locations
• Operate security and automation tools to identify, prioritize, and remediate vulnerabilities
• Plan and coordinate security-related changes with internal partners to ensure business continuity
• Perform preventive maintenance and monitor IT systems, escalate issues as needed
• Implement and troubleshoot security changes on Windows clients and servers through to resolution
• Ensure corporate IT security standards and policies are implemented at local level
• Collaborate with Global and Local IT teams and stakeholders to improve security and reduce risks
• Manage related projects, documentation, and stakeholder communication

• Bachelor in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience
• Proven IT security experience, ideally in manufacturing
• Strong Windows, enterprise antivirus, endpoint security, networks and servers knowledge
• Experience with patch, vulnerability, user management, software deployment, Windows backup solutions, and related automation tools
• ITIL Service Management knowledge and project management experience
• Good English communication, German would be a plus
• Willingness to travel about 30% across Europe
